Nexplorer is a database containing authorised GMO events and links to their respective annotated DNA sequences, which are stored in a structured, searchable and extractable format. It is made available as a web-application offering a user-friendly interface that allows non-IT experts to manage the database and the sequences. This application gives the GMO lab a secure way to store the data by the use of functionalities such as change tracking and confidentiality management.
